Norb Ecksl
President & Founder
*Norbert Ecksl is a seasoned business professional with over 50 years of experience in leading corporate operations, marketing, and communications across diverse sports, entertainment, and media platforms. He has held management roles in basketball, soccer, baseball, hockey, and football, beginning his career with the PR staff of the NY Nets during the final season of the original American Basketball Association.
*Ecksl has contributed to three National Hockey Association teams and spent over two decades with various minor league baseball and hockey teams. He also co-founded two independent professional baseball associations and has served as a consultant to various sports organizations.
*A skilled writer, reporter, and journalist, Ecksl freelanced for national sports publications and provided play-by-play and color commentary on radio. He was also a reporter and editor for a national network of soccer websites. Currently, Ecksl is working on sports documentary projects in collaboration with a renowned historical documentarian.
*A native of New York City, Ecksl has co-authored four books on sports and is a long-time member of the American Professional Basketball Research (APBR) group.
Fred Tillich
Executive VP & Co-founder
*Frederick Tillich is a seasoned management professional with over 40 years of experience, specializing in product development. Known for his strong work ethic and determination, he has a proven track record of successfully seeing projects through to completion.
*Tillich began his career in the early 1970s after relocating to California, starting as an engineer monitor for General Motors. He quickly developed expertise in negotiation while working closely with the United Auto Workers Union.
*In the 1980s, Tillich earned the prestigious title of "Realtor of the Year" for his outstanding contributions to the California real estate market. His career then took him into the restaurant industry, where he managed for Darden Restaurants Inc. and served as a franchise trainer for Cousins Subs.
*From 2000 to 2010, Tillich worked in various facets of the gaming industry, where he recognized an emerging opportunity to merge team sports with poker. In 2001, he joined Big Association Sports Productions, leading the research, development, and launch of the All-American Association of ProTeam Poker.
*For the past 15 years, Tillich has managed retirement communities in Northern California, further refining his leadership and organizational skills.
Dr. Elliott Haimoff
C0-Founder & Founder of Global Science Productions
*Dr. Haimoff is a distinguished biologist and award-winning documentary producer with a passion for making complex scientific topics accessible to global audiences. Earning his Ph.D. in Biology from Cambridge University’s Pembroke College, Dr. Haimoff pioneered the use of videotape for behavioral studies and developed early computer software for biological analyses.
*Following his tenure as a research professor at UCLA, where he conducted groundbreaking work in animal behavior and conservation, Dr. Haimoff transitioned to science television production. After producing acclaimed documentaries at PBS, he founded Global Science Productions in 1990, marking 25 years of excellence in science, space, health, history, and nature programming.
*With over 200 award-winning documentaries and news segments to his credit, Dr. Haimoff continues to bring vital scientific discoveries to the forefront, ensuring that education and entertainment go hand in hand. His work remains at the cutting edge of global scientific storytelling.
